By registering as a vendor or attending All Cards Miami ("the Event"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.
All Cards Miami, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, destruction, or disappearance of any merchandise, inventory, equipment, or personal property brought to the Event by vendors or attendees. You bring your inventory entirely at your own risk.
Vendors are strongly encouraged to:
All Cards Miami and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or harm that occurs at or in connection with the Event. Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
As a registered vendor, you agree that:
All table registration fees are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation initiated by All Cards Miami, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event at our discretion.
Standard table assignments are made at our discretion. Premium table selections are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. In rare cases where a selected table becomes unavailable, we will assign the next best available table.
All Cards Miami reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to venue issues, weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events. We will make every reasonable effort to notify registered vendors promptly.
All attendees and vendors must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any person from the Event without refund for disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify staff on-site.
