Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering as a vendor or attending All Cards Miami ("the Event"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.

2. No Liability for Loss, Theft, or Damage of Inventory

All Cards Miami, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, destruction, or disappearance of any merchandise, inventory, equipment, or personal property brought to the Event by vendors or attendees. You bring your inventory entirely at your own risk.

Vendors are strongly encouraged to:

• Keep high-value inventory secured at all times
• Never leave merchandise unattended
• Carry their own insurance for their inventory
• Use display cases or lockboxes for particularly valuable items

3. No Liability for Personal Injury

All Cards Miami and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or harm that occurs at or in connection with the Event. Attendance and participation are at your own risk.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

As a registered vendor, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all transactions between yourself and customers
• All Cards Miami is not a party to any sale made at the Event
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including sales tax regulations
• You will not sell counterfeit, fraudulent, or misrepresented items
• You will keep your assigned table area clean and orderly
• You will be set up by 9:45 AM and remain until the Event closes at 5:00 PM

5. No Refunds

All table registration fees are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation initiated by All Cards Miami, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event at our discretion.

6. Table Assignment

Standard table assignments are made at our discretion. Premium table selections are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. In rare cases where a selected table becomes unavailable, we will assign the next best available table.

7. Event Cancellation or Changes

All Cards Miami reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to venue issues, weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events. We will make every reasonable effort to notify registered vendors promptly.

8. Code of Conduct

All attendees and vendors must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any person from the Event without refund for disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Photography & Media

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify staff on-site.
